1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Product Information and Specifications
2.1 Product Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information, specifications (e.g., battery life, compatibility), images, and colours of our digital accessories are accurately represented on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from minor technical errors.
2.2 Compatibility
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any purchased accessory (e.g., microphones, stands, chargers) is compatible with their existing devices (e.g., phone model, operating system). We are not liable for incompatibility issues unless explicitly stated as compatible on the product page.
2.3 Availability and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (via secure third-party gateway), and Digital Wallet Services (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
3.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, inaccuracies in product pricing or description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)
4.1 Shipping
We use third-party courier services for delivery across Pakistan. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, political instability, or other force majeure events.
4.2 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for physical items (accessories) pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will provide tracking information to mitigate this risk.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty
5.1 Returns Eligibility (General)
Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns for non-defective items must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
5.2 Limited Warranty (Defective Items)
We offer a limited 7-day checking warranty against manufacturing defects on all electronic accessories.
- The warranty covers internal component failures that prevent the device from functioning as intended.
- The warranty does not cover: physical damage, damage caused by misuse (e.g., water damage, dropping), incorrect voltage, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
5.3 Return Procedure
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. If an item is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will bear the cost of the replacement shipping.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nomad Craft. This includes the Nomad Craft logo and all custom graphics. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information, including posting fake reviews or tampering with product listings.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi.
