Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

We stand by the quality and performance of our digital accessories. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, we will happily process a return or exchange according to the terms below.


2. Return Eligibility Window

You must contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests received after this 7-day period will not be accepted.


3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

C. Change of MindAccepted ONLY if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (restocking fee may apply). Items that have been used, powered on, or had their protective seals removed are generally non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with user-caused physical damage (e.g., drops, water damage, misuse).
  • Opened earphones or headphones due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Items returned without all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the designated return address.
  3. Ship Back: Clearly mark the RAN on the package and ship the item back to us within 3 business days of receiving the RAN.

4.2 Inspection

Once received, the item will undergo a technical inspection. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will proceed with your requested resolution.

4.3 Resolution Options

  • Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa). For pre-paid orders, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
  • Exchange: If you prefer a replacement for a defective item, we will ship the new item at our cost.

4.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer pays the shipping cost to return the item to our facility unless the item is confirmed to be defective or was shipped incorrectly by us.
  • Nomad Craft Responsibility: If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will refund the return shipping cost (requires a receipt).
